Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Last Updated: July 22, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the permitted use of all Virtual Private Network (VPN) services, proxy protocols, web applications, Telegram bots, and network infrastructure provided by VEXND ("we," "us," or "Service"). By accessing or using VEXND, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

1. Core Principle

VEXND is built to protect personal privacy, digital security, and freedom of information. However, our infrastructure must not be used as a platform for illegal activities, malicious cyber operations, or acts that cause harm or disturbance to third parties, host providers, or network availability.

2. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from using VEXND’s network or servers for any of the following activities:

  • Cyberattacks & Network Abuse: Initiating, amplifying, participating in, or facilitating DDoS attacks; performing unauthorized scans, vulnerability probing, brute-force attempts, or access attempts; and hosting, commanding, or distributing malware or botnet command-and-control servers.
  • Fraud, Spam & Financial Misconduct: Sending unsolicited bulk messages; operating phishing or deceptive websites; IP or email spoofing; carding, identity theft, unauthorized payment processing, or fraudulent financial operations.
  • Illegal Content & Harmful Material: Hosting, downloading, streaming, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or content promoting child exploitation; or transmitting content that explicitly incites violence, terrorism, hate speech, or physical harm.
  • Infrastructure & Service Manipulation: Attempting to bypass subscription limitations, reverse-engineer proprietary software, exploit service bugs, intentionally degrade network performance, or share, lease, or resell access without prior written consent.

3. Peer-to-Peer (P2P) & File Sharing Policy

P2P Availability: Peer-to-Peer (P2P) traffic and BitTorrent protocols are permitted only on designated P2P-friendly server locations or nodes clearly marked within our applications or guides. Copyright Compliance: VEXND does not condone the unauthorized downloading, distribution, or sharing of copyrighted material. Restricted Nodes: Using P2P or BitTorrent protocols on non-P2P or latency-sensitive server nodes may result in automatic bandwidth throttling or protocol blocking on those specific nodes to ensure network stability.

4. Enforcement, Account Suspension & Penalties

Zero-Tolerance Violations: Severe violations—including DDoS attacks, malware hosting, CSAM, and automated spamming—will result in immediate, permanent account termination without prior notice. No Refunds on Breach: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of this AUP or our Terms of Service, all remaining subscription time, referral credits, and active balances will be forfeited immediately without eligibility for a refund. Technical Mitigations: While we operate under a strict No-Logs Policy and do not monitor individual traffic content, VEXND reserves the right to deploy automated network-level mitigations, such as rate-limiting, protocol filtering, or port blocking, to defend against active network abuse or DDoS attacks.

5. Reporting Abuse (Abuse Desk)

If you are an administrator, host provider, or legal authority who has identified abuse originating from a VEXND IP address, please contact our dedicated abuse contact. Please include relevant details such as target IP addresses, precise UTC timestamps, and logs so that appropriate technical measures can be implemented.

6. Updates to this Policy

VEXND reserves the right to amend this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting the updated policy on our website. Continued use of VEXND constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
