• Service Availability: While we strive to offer 99.9% uptime and reliable performance across our global server infrastructure, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or zero-latency access.
• Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, update, add, or decommission specific server nodes, protocols, or features at any time without prior notice to optimize network routing and overall performance.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is fundamental to our service design. No-Logs Commitment: VEXND operates under a strict No-Logs Policy. We do not inspect, record, log, store, or profile your browsing activity, DNS queries, destination IP addresses, or traffic content. 4. Subscriptions, Payments & Account Management

Subscription Plans: Access to VEXND is provided on a prepaid, subscription-based model. Subscription terms, access periods, and pricing are specified during checkout.

• Promotional & Bonus Time: Promotional credit, trial access, referral rewards, or bonus service days granted through VEXND referral programs carry no monetary value and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your access credentials, configuration files, and authentication tokens (including subscription links and access keys). You agree not to share your account or access keys with unauthorized third parties.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use VEXND strictly for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from using our network or infrastructure to perform or facilitate cyberattacks and disruption, spam and fraud, illegal content, or system abuse. 6. Termination & Account Suspension

Enforcement: VEXND reserves the right to suspend, throttle, or permanently terminate your access to the Service without prior notice if we detect or receive evidence of severe violations of these Terms or our AUP. Effect of Termination: In the event of account termination resulting from a violation of these Terms or AUP, all remaining subscription time and associated credits will be forfeited immediately without eligibility for a refund.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund conditions and processes are governed by our Refund Policy. Purchases made via irreversible payment methods (such as certain cryptocurrencies) may be non-refundable due to technical and processing constraints.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Disclaimer of Warranties: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VEXND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Limitation of Liability: VEXND, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PRIVACY) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. Third-Party Services: VEXND is not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party websites, services, or networks accessed while using our VPN.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VEXND, its operators, employees, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised Last Updated date. Your continued use of VEXND following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
